What is the unique role of the Beef Innovation Hub? The Beef Innovation Hub is an interdisciplinary platform that enables beef production systems-related conversations and programs to address critical statewide, regional, and broader opportunities and issues associated with sustainable and robust beef production. The Beef Innovation Hub engages the University of Nebraska's tripartite mission (research, teaching, and extension), with external advisors’ input, and connects and leverages institutional resources into integrated teams to realize the goals and objectives of the Hub.
